1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of peptide products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@ultralifepeptides.com.
Include your order number, photos of the product(s), and packaging.
We will investigate and, if verified, issue a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a package is lost in transit or marked “delivered” but not received:
Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier to track or replace your order as appropriate.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
Duplicate or accidental order placed in error (before shipment).
Verified defective or incorrect product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before fulfillment only. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed or refunded.
6. Quality and Compliance
All Ultra Life Wellness products are handled in GMP-certified facilities and tested for purity and sterility. We cannot accept returned products to maintain regulatory compliance and customer safety.
