Shipping Policy

At Ultra Life Peptides, we take pride in ensuring every order is processed, packaged, and shipped with care to maintain the integrity and quality of our peptide products.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

To preserve product integrity and viability, we only offer overnight or second-day air shipping with cold packs within the United States.

Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Small box (9 × 6 × 4 in) — up to 10 peptides — $50
Medium box (12 × 6 × 4 in) — 11–150 peptides — $70
Large box (10 × 10 × 10 in) — 151–250 peptides — $90
Extra large box (14 × 14 × 14 in) — 251+ peptides — $110

3. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Ultra Life Peptides ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We do not currently offer international shipping or deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

You can monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier’s online tracking portal.

5. Packaging & Quality Control

All products are packaged with temperature stability and product safety in mind.

We use sealed, moisture-resistant packaging and perform final quality checks before every shipment.

To maintain product integrity: Store peptides in a cool, dry environment immediately upon delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received: Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to trace and resolve the issue.

Please note: Ultra Life Peptides is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

7. Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Certain products are temperature-sensitive and may be shipped with cold packs during warmer months.

Orders containing temperature-sensitive items are shipped Monday–Wednesday to prevent weekend delays in transit.
